A limited number of vouchers for DL, State ID, and Birth Certificates are issued every Friday at 8 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.

GED classes are offered on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. GED Orientation is held the first Friday of every month at 9:30 a.m. Contact North Star NRRC for more information.

Life Skills classes are available on Fridays from 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Free Anger Management and Parenting classes are available for men and women. Our anger management classes are accepted by most court requirements.

All services offered at North Star NRRC are FREE and available to all Cuyahoga County residents 18 years of age or older with or without Criminal Justice involvement.
